At Henney Bear London BD, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

Product Checking on Delivery
Customers must check the product in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
Once the product is accepted after checking, it will not be eligible for return or replacement later.

Eligibility for Return
Return requests will only be accepted if there is a visible defect, damage, or wrong product delivered, and it is reported immediately in front of the delivery agent.
After acceptance of the product, no return claims will be considered.

Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of confirmation.
Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during the purchase, unless otherwise arranged.

Exceptions
Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
Customised or special-order products are non-refundable.
