Full-zip bifold wallet built from 0.8 mm thick polyurethane faux-leather that meets EU REACH substance limits. Interior is lined with 210 D polyester rip-stop and is sewn with bonded polyester thread rated for 30 kg pull strength. Layout contains one gusseted bill compartment, eight card slots, two hidden slip pockets, and a zip coin pouch with YKK nylon coil zipper. All raw edges are turned and edge-coated to resist fraying. Zipper pulls are cast zinc alloy with an electro-plated finish; slider is auto-lock type to prevent accidental opening. Wallet is stitched in one-piece construction—no glue is used—then turned right-side-out so seams are internal for cleaner stress distribution. Finished piece passes 5 000-cycle flex and 1 000-cycle zip tests under ISO 13934-1 and BS 3084.
